Anne de Thy, Nicky Slovitt and Alicia Friday survived the 5,000m racewalk on a very hot 30 degree day. Because of the heat the 3 of them walked a conservative race building towards Blainville in September and the Ontario 20k champs in Ottawa. See results section for full details.
